Immerse yourself in a restorative mindfulness experience. Join certified instructor Felecia Bryant for a meditative hike and yoga. Suitable for all-levels, these sessions are designed to help you slow down and reconnect to your true nature, surrounded by the beauty of the Oakland Nature Preserve.

Meditative Hike: Half Mile Forest Bathing Excursion & Meditation Session. Bring water. 45-minute session, $10
Yoga at the Lake: Gentle YOGA practice suitable for all levels at the end of the Healthy West Orange Boardwalk. Please allow an extra few minutes to allow yourself time to walk the 2/3 of a mile to the lake for class. Be sure to bring a mat and water. 60-minute session, $15
Nature Nurtures: Two-hour Mindfulness Experience including the Half Mile Forest Bathing Excursion & Meditation Session Followed by Gentle Yoga at the Lake. Please register for both the Meditative Hike and Yoga to participate in this 2-hour experience.

![]() | Meet Your Guide: Felecia Bryant Felecia is a native Floridian, avid nature lover, backyard beekeeper and Mother. She holds certification as a Chakra Balance Yoga Teacher as well as an A.S. in Plant Science & Sustainable Agriculture. Felecia has a background as a licensed massage therapist, and provides her students customized, safe, and balanced instruction.
Her sessions are typically chakra based and related to the natural world. She draws upon the teachings and philosophies of thought awareness and energetic connections. |
