Share your enthusiasm and appreciation of the environment, increase your own knowledge of the natural world, spend time outside and meet people with similar interests.
Both Restoration and Interpretation programs depend on volunteers. Volunteers have dedicated thousands of hours to habitat restoration, fundraising and environmental education since the Preserve was founded. Retirees, at-home parents and all others with some time to share are encouraged to consider this meaningful volunteer opportunity.
Due to the large number of volunteer requests we receive, all volunteers must register and schedule their visits in advance. Please visit the Events Calendar and choose the date you wish to visit.
Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to volunteer; for those under the age of 18, please refer to the age requirements listed below
If your school, scout troop, employer, or church would like to participate in a group volunteer project, complete the registration form below and our Outreach Coordinator will contact you to schedule a date for your group's visit(s). Be sure to check our Events Calendar for available dates/times.
