Begin 2022 by connecting with nature and setting intentions for the upcoming year. Join 200hr trained yoga teacher Christina Hunt as she leads a meditative First Day Hike and Yoga session.
Start the morning with a short meditation and intention setting activity, followed by a 2 mile hike through the beautiful trails of the Oakland Nature Preserve. Then, reset with an all-levels friendly yoga session on the Lake, followed by a group discussion and a final, silent walk down the boardwalk.
Be sure to bring your yoga mat, a journal & pen, and a water bottle. Cost is $15, or bring a friend for $20 for the two of you!
Christina will meet everyone in front of the educational building (not on the boardwalk as for regular Yoga sessions).
