Plant Structures

In this lesson we will continue our journey of classifying living things.  First students will compare shared and dissimilar characteristics of plants and animals.  Then students will compare and/or contrast the function of organs and other physical structures of plants vs. humans. We will then look closely at plant function and structure by breaking into groups and doing a plant dissection lab. Students will observe and identify plant parts and organs while we discuss function
